Watching the episode with Dax’s wife to celebrate her birthday because what other episode would I watch
I haven’t seen this one before. I haven’t…I haven’t felt this way about a ship in a long time. My heart is beating so fast.

28 DAYS OF ACTION
DAY 9:
Not much action today because I have a sick kid. But I read about this really interesting fundraising campaign that targets state legislatures that could tip left. I decided to donate.I’d never contributed to a political campaign before the 2016 presidential campaign – partly because I worked at a newspaper for more than a decade, and ethically couldn’t make donations or even have a yard sign. That took a couple years to shake off.
But even after that, I thought of political donations as something only rich people do. (Which is true & a big part of the problem!) It’s been very satisfying to donate small amounts when I hear about a tight race or a good candidate. And I’m fortunate that I can afford to do so.
Anyway, I also got a new list of addresses from Postcards to Voters. They make it so easy.
