Today I was drawing Spinnerella and Netossa and noticed some out-of-place elements to their designs- and upon further inspection, I realized that they are actually very intentional. Let’s take a look at Netossa:
Notice the purple necklace? It kind of clashes a bit with her design. There aren’t any other purple parts to her outfit.
Now, Spinnerella:
Again, a necklace that doesn’t match. Notice that the silver-and-blue design is reflected in Netossa’s armband and boots.
And Netossa’s choker matches the theme of Spinnerella’s design! Like her hairband, here:
They’re obviously objects showing their bond!!! Maybe marriage necklaces, or something?
I finished watching She-Ra’ reboot and i can tell it’s amazing and colorful. And now i’m watching the classic series. The most impressive is the great change of generation and aesthetics that both have!
